So far this season Central Coast Mariners Youth have recorded two draws and three defeats from five matches – a record the mini Mariners are keen to improve upon over the coming rounds.
Last Sunday the junior yellow and navy suffered a 2-0 loss against Perth Glory Youth at Percy Doyle Reserve in Western Australia. First-half goals to Brandon O-Neill and Harry O-Brien sealed the victory for the Glory boys.
Newcastle-s second side will head into the round 6 encounter full of confidence following their 6-1 win over the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) at Wanderers Oval last Saturday.
Zwaanswijk-s boys will be looking for revenge in Saturday-s clash with Clayton Zane-s charges recording a 2-1 victory when the sides last met in round 2 in Newcastle.
