What is a Club Member?

In a groundbreaking move for Australian Football, following feedback from members forums we have decided to separate memberships from season tickets. This change aims to open up our membership program to fans from all corners of Australia and the world. We have developed a strong following in regional NSW, Vanuatu, the UK, and Brazil, and we want them to be a part of our Mariners family. From now on, becoming a member will be the gateway to accessing season tickets.

What is a Season Ticket holder?

PLATINUM Season Ticket

Who do we sing for? We sing for yellow!

Simply click the ‘Reset Password’ button located on the member link landing page. From here you will receive an email facilitating your change of password.

Once logged into your account, you may update your contact details, create secondary members on your account, update payment details and view your transaction history. 

Which Central Coast Mariners season tickets include entry into home games?  

All season ticket categories except the Club Membership include entry into all Central Coast Mariners home games at Industree Group Stadium. 

What age is considered a junior?  

A member is considered a junior when they are 4 to 16 years old. Children aged under four (4) do not have to purchase a ticket if they sit on the lap of an adult.

What is included in a family membership?  

A family membership may include membership for one or two adults and up to 3 juniors (4-16 years old).

Am I eligible to receive Concession rates?  

To be eligible for a concession rate, you must have and be willing to provide proof of one of the following:

  • Tertiary and University student
  • Current pension card (aged, single parent or disability)
  • Seniors Card
  • Health Care Card
  • War Veterans/Widows Card
  • Veteran Affairs Card
  • Asylum Seekers Concessions Card

Please bring your card with you to every game you attend in case you are asked to provide proof of your concession rate. 

When will seating allocations commence for the 2023-24 Season?

Allocation of reserved seating will commence as existing members renew their season ticket for the upcoming season. Any new members will be allocated a reserved seat once membership is on full sale from 1st September 2023.

How can my group guarantee seats together?  

To ensure your group is seated together, memberships and season tickets should be purchased in one transaction at the time of booking. When booking seats, members may request fellow members to be seated together by providing their names at the time of booking. If season tickets are not purchased together, Central Coast Mariners cannot guarantee members will be seated together.  

Can I request a new seat?

Yes. If you wish to move seat, please advise the Membership team when renewing your season ticket by telephone or by emailing memberships@ccmariners.com.au. We will then help you find another seat.

I have left my season ticket card at home, what do I do?  

All members will be able to store their digital season ticket on a smart device, thus no physical card is required to access the stadium. A digital season ticket can be scanned on any mobile device and does not need to be printed. 

For members that have opted for a physical card in lieu of a digital season ticket, approach the Membership team within Dane Drive prior to kickoff, located at the east entrance of Industree Group Stadium. Staff there will be able to help you gain access to the game. 

I cannot attend one of the home games, can an acquaintance use my pass instead?  

Yes. Where a member is unable to attend a home game, the member may allow another to use their season ticket for the game. A season ticket will only access each game once. Concession, MyClub or junior holders cannot transfer their membership onto an adult.  

I have lost my membership card, what do I do?  

If your membership or season ticket card has been lost or stolen, it must be immediately reported to Central Coast Mariners. Upon notification Central Coast Mariners will cancel the lost card and a new membership or season ticket card will be issued at a cost of $5.00, payable at time of request.  

If you purchased a ticket to an individual Mariners game and it becomes lost or stolen, please contact Ticketek on 132 849 or visit the Industree Group Stadium Ticketek box office. 

As a Member, will I have priority access to finals tickets?  

Yes. If Central Coast Mariners qualify for the A-League Finals Series, members will be granted priority access to purchase tickets prior to general public sale. Members will be notified when tickets will be available for purchase. Finals tickets are managed by Australian Professional Leagues (APL).  

What is included in my season ticket pack?  

All season ticket holders will receive an email with a link to our members’ exclusive store (Mber+). Each season ticket holder shall receive a credit value that correlates to their season ticket level. You may use these credits to customise your own pack. Whereas our annual core pack of bumper sticker and cap or limited bucket hat is available for collection during the Club’s ‘family day’ or our first three home games if the member desires.

Each member may nominate to receive a digital membership and season ticket or to receive physical cards. Every other item can may be purchased via the members’ store (Mber+) and then sent in the post directly to the member. All credits will be reset at the end of the season, as credits do not rollover.

When will I receive my game access?

Central Coast Mariners members should receive a digital pack for their membership and season ticket if unlocked. You may opt to have a physical membership card and season ticket posted out to you. 

I have opted to pay my season ticket in monthly instalments, when will my account be debited? 

Members who purchase their season ticket via monthly instalments will be debited on the 19th of the month unless the 19th falls on a weekend or NSW public holiday, in which case the account will be debited on the next business day. The members account will be debited a one-off plan establishment fee of $5.00 on the date the membership is processed. Season tickets purchased using Debit Success MUST be paid off in full by 30th April 2024.

Members who choose to pay their membership in instalments can contact Debit Success on 1800 148 848 for any questions regarding their payments. 

Membership Numbers 

Existing members: when renewing online, ensure you log in using the details supplied to maintain your current membership number. 

New members: membership numbers are automatically allocated once your membership is processed.

For our Central Coast Mariners Liberty A-League Women’s team launched season 2023/24, the Club will have new foundation membership numbers available on a first come first served basis.
