CENTRAL Coast Mariners held their 2012 Corporate Cup late last week, with 20 teams turning out for a Friday afternoon of football fun.
With each side assigned a Mariners first team player as their Coach, youngster Anthony Caceres earned change room bragging rights as he guided his Soccer5s team to an extra time victory over Daniel McBreen-s MatchFit Sports outfit.
The real winner on the day, however, was the Central Coast business community who gathered together for an afternoon full of laughs, conversation and networking.
After the success of the inaugural Central Coast Mariners Corporate Cup, the event is planned to become an annual fixture and it is hoped even more teams will turn out in 2013.
