The Central Coast Mariners Boys Academy teams travelled to Bathurst over the weekend to play the Western NSW Mariners.

The Central Coast Mariners Boys Academy teams travelled to Bathurst over the weekend to play the Western NSW Mariners. With both clubs performing well the points were shared with the Coast Boys coming home with 10 points and Western earning four points in the FNSW 2012 Boys Super Youth League Club Championship.

With temperatures nudging zero degrees the Coast Grade 13 Boys opened the scoring with a goal to Michael Glassock. The 13s game ended in a 1-1 draw after an equaliser from Western.

The Grade 14, 15 and 16 Central Coast Boys continued their winning ways with triumphs in all three grades.

The Grade 14 Boys Central Coast Mariners Academy team won 3-0 with two goals to Trent Buhagiar and one goal to Lachlan Macey on his return from injury.

The Grade 15 Coast boys had a 2-1 win with goals to Lachlan Wilkinson and Matt Bennett for the Coast.

In the 16s, the Coast secured a three nil win, adding to their unbeaten run for Season 2012.

Stuart Adams of the Grade 18 Boys scored for the Coast Academy team to be up one nil at half time. The 18s were unable to retain the lead going down 2-1 to Western NSW Mariners.

The Boys Central Coast Mariners Academy teams remain top of the Club Championship with 105 points after 9 Rounds with the Western NSW Mariners sitting in fourth position.
