The Central Coast Mariners Youth are back at home on Sunday after last week’s bye. They host a strong Sydney FC Youth side wanting to get back to their winning ways after their defeat to rivals Western Sydney Wanderers Youth.
Kick-off on Sunday at the Central Coast Mariners Centre of Excellence is 4:30pm and entry is FREE!
Before the bye, the Mariners Youth claimed three points after a convincing 2-1 win over the Western Sydney Wanderers Youth to bounce back from their loss against the junior Jets.
An own goal and an Adam Berry strike secured the three points with an impressive performance away from home.
After suffering defeat in the Youth Sydney derby, Sydney FC will be looking forward to Sunday to maintain their smallest of margins at the top of the Conference B ladder. Four teams (including the Mariners) are all locked on six points thanks to two wins a piece.
After starting the season with a 2-0 win over the Jets Youth followed by a 4-0 win over Canberra United, Sydney FC Youth will be eager to leave the Central Coast with points in their back pockets.
