If the Mariners defeat Adelaide, and Brisbane Roar lose or draw against Newcastle Jets, the yellow and navy will be 2011/12 Hyundai A-League Premiers.
The Hyundai A-League Premiers trophy will be presented to the team by Football Federation Australia representatives at full-time if this situation eventuates.
A special presentation will also be made to Tony Walmsley’s title winning National Youth League team at half-time of the Mariners clash with Adelaide United.
