Ashleigh, 21, represented the Mariners in the Westfield W-League in 2009/10, and tragically past away in a car accident in Cataract, Illawarra, on Wednesday evening.
A striker with a good eye for goal and a lethal shot, Ashleigh was a well respected member of the Mariners W-League team, and in all the teams she played in.
Ashleigh had been playing for the Illawarra Stingrays and had previously represented the Marconi Stallions and Macarthur Rams. In 2007, Ashleigh was included in the Young Matildas squad that competed in the FIFA U-20 Women-s World Cup Qualifiers.
