SQUAD NEWS: Mariners vs. Wanderers

This Saturday the Central Coast Mariners host the Western Sydney Wanderers at Central Coast Stadium and the Yellow & Navy will welcome back two key players.

After being sidelined with a groin injury in Hyundai A-League round two Jacob Poscoliero successfully returned last week for the Mariners Foxtel National Youth League team where he scored a goal against the Newcastle Jets.

This week ‘Posco’ is back up for selection providing Paul Okon with welcomed selection headaches across his back four that kept the club’s first clean sheet in 36 matches.

Also returning for the Mariners this week against the Wanderers is Liam Rose who has completed his one-week suspension which creates more depth for the hotly contested midfield positions.

All of Okon’s attacking threats pulled up well and are relishing a 10-day-turnaround ahead of this Saturday.
