Central Coast Mariners wish to publicly thank the organisers, staff, volunteers and fans of the 2013 Menpora Cup for their help and hospitality over the past two weeks.

The Mariners arrived back on the Central Coast from Malang via Jakarta on Tuesday, and wish to acknowledge the warmth and kindness shown by the Indonesian people.

A host of new friendships were forged in Indonesia, with the Mariners able to engage with thousands of supporters personally throughout the tour, and promote the Club-s brand and values via media opportunities and live television broadcasts while in Bandung and Malang.

Throughout the tournament staff from ‘The Footballicious- – the organisers of the eight-team international invitational competition – capably assisted the Club. The Mariners wish to extend their gratitude to Fajar Nugraha and his team for their assistance prior to the tournament and on the ground.

Central Coast Mariners would also like to thank the players and staff from Sriwijaya FC, Harimau Muda, Persib Bandung and Arema FC for providing the team with four competitive matches throughout the competition.

The Club also extends its gratitude to the staff at Hotel Papandayan in Bandung and Best Western OJ in Malang who were exemplary in their service to the Mariners- squad and staff.

And last but not least, Central Coast Mariners wish to recognise the efforts and service of Eddy ‘Steady- Sugandy, Bayu Ray, and Suprayogi, who were close with the team throughout the tournament. We cannot thank you enough for helping us navigate our way through the tournament safely, smoothly, and successfully.
