Having played out an enthralling 2-2 draw with Hyundai A-League heavyweights Melbourne Victory at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night, Central Coast Mariners return to Bluetongue Stadium for just the third time this season on Sunday 25 November.

The match will see the defending A-League Premiers up against the reigning A-League Champions when Graham Arnold-s Mariners battle Rado Vidosic-s Brisbane Roar at Gosford-s idyllic bayside arena.

Mariners and Roar have developed an intense rivalry over the past few seasons and Sunday-s fixture is expected to provide fans with yet another exciting contest between the two Clubs.

The sides last met in pre-season on the Sunshine Coast, with the yellow and navy emerging 1-0 victors in the friendly test. Tomas Rogic netted the only goal the game in the 80th minute.

Central Coast Mariners will be without Dutch defender Patrick Zwaanswijk for Sunday-s game against Roar after the former FC Utrecht stopper was sent off in Melbourne on Saturday evening.

After supporting Pink Ribbon Day in round 2 against Perth Glory by donning special pink kits, the Mariners will this week throw their weight behind White Ribbon Day. White Ribbon is an organisation that works to prevent male violence against women. It is a male-led campaign that believes that most men are good and that good men abhor such violence. White Ribbon also believes in the capacity of the individual to change and to encourage change in others.

Through primary prevention initiatives and an annual campaign, White Ribbon seeks to change the attitudes and behaviours that lead to and perpetuate violence against women.
