KEEP abreast of the latest announcements regarding today’s National Youth League decider between Central Coast Mariners Youth & Melbourne Victory Youth.

7:30am: The Bluetongue Stadium surface was inspected by Stadium staff. The report relayed to Central Coast Mariners management was that the surface is in a satisfactory condition for the National Youth League decider to be played.

9:50am: Central Coast Mariners management confirm that they will be in attendance at a second pitch inspection to take place at 11:00am.

11:30am: Central Coast Mariners management have completed the 11:00am inspection with Bluetongue Stadium staff and the National Youth League decider is still planned to go ahead (kick-off 4:45pm), as is the Hyundai A-League clash between the two sides (kick-off 7:45pm). The pitch is in good condition despite the rain. All warm-ups will be done off the field. A further inspection will take place at 3:00pm and further information, as necessary, will be supplied.

3:18pm: Central Coast Mariners regret to inform supporters and the media that the National Youth League round 18 clash between Central Coast Mariners Youth and Melbourne Victory Youth has been postponed due to inclement weather. The match was due to be played at Bluetongue Stadium this afternoon, with kick-off scheduled for 4:45pm.

At present, the round 22 Hyundai A-League fixture between the same two clubs will proceed as planned. Kick-off between Central Coast Mariners and Melbourne Victory is 7:45pm.

Further information regarding the re-scheduling of the National Youth League decider will be made available to fans and media in due course.
