On Thursday 24 July, Central Coast Mariners players and staff swapped the training track for a day of team bonding at Fire & Rescue NSW.
The guys learnt just what it takes to be involved in the emergency services, and how dedicated and inspirational the men and women who risk their lives to save others are.
From safety procedures to real life rescue simulation, the team was given a thorough lesson at NSW Fire & Rescue’s Alexandria HQ.
