CENTRAL Coast Mariners will be seeking to keep their unbeaten run at Bluetongue Stadium this Hyundai A-League season alive when the Club hosts Adelaide United on Friday evening.

Graham Arnold-s Mariners and John Kosmina-s Reds have already met once this A-League campaign on the banks of the Brisbane Water, with Central Coast emerging 2-1 victors in round 9.

Goals from Joshua Rose and Nick Montgomery ensured Arnold-s team secured all three Hyundai A-League points after former Qantas Socceroo striker Bruce Djite had fired Kosmina-s side into the lead.

In round 17 of Australia-s top flight, Central Coast Mariners extended their undefeated run at Bluetongue Stadium to seven matches via a 0-0 stalemate against Newcastle Jets.

The Club also secured its third highest attendance of the season, with 11,249 fans braving the rain to watch the 29th edition of the F3 Derby in Gosford.

Approximately 24 hours earlier, Adelaide United fell to their fifth loss of the campaign away to Melbourne Heart at AAMI Park. Goals from Josip Tadic and Richard Garcia secured the 2-0 win for John Aloisi-s red and whites.

Kick-off in Friday-s top of the table test between Central Coast Mariners and Adelaide United is 7:30pm. Gates open 6:30pm.
