Some 11 years separate the duo with Josh born in 1981 and Tomas born in 1992, though that doesn-t change the fact Mariners boss Graham Arnold will again be looking for stellar contributions from the pair this campaign.
Since linking with the Mariners for the 2010/11 Hyundai A-League season, Josh Rose has been a mainstay for the Club at left back. His marauding runs down the flank and reliability on the park have endeared him to the Central Coast faithful, and thankfully, ‘Rosey- will remain a Mariner until the end of the 2014/15 season.
Tomas Rogic linked with the Club just days into 2012, and made his debut for the yellow and navy against Adelaide United in a 3-2 win at Central Coast Stadium on Saturday 21 January. His silky skills and spectacular play have sparked the interest of Hyundai A-League fans far and wide, and with a full pre-season under his belt for this season, many pundits expect Rogic to carve the competition this campaign.
The Mariners will welcome Melbourne Heart to Central Coast Stadium on Friday 14 December, so make sure you get to the game to wish Rose and Rogic an early Happy Birthday!
