The Central Coast Mariners have welcomed a Hyundai A-League Disciplinary Committee decision to overturn the second game of a two match suspension handed down to Pedj Bojic following an incident in the 2-nil Boxing Day win over Adelaide United.

On Thursday, 6 January 2010, the Hyundai A-League Disciplinary Committee consisting of Shaun McCarthy (Chair), Rob Wheatley and Peter Mulligan convened to hear a matter referred to it by Central Coast Mariners FC in relation to the player Pedj Bojic (Central Coast Mariners) serving a two (2) match ban for a Week 20 incident.

The Disciplinary Committee determined that exceptional circumstances did exist and accordingly have expunged the second match ban from the player-s record.

The player is now free to play for Central Coast Mariners in its next Hyundai A-League fixture.
