The Mount Druitt Town Rangers defeated the Central Coast Mariners Academy at Popondetta Park on Saturday evening 3-2 in the PS4 NPL 2.

It was always going to be a tough away trip for the Central Coast who were looking to keep their final chances alive with a victory in Mount Druitt.
Despite a penalty that was buried by Ryan Peterson and an own goal by the Mount Druitt Rangers, the Mariners couldn’t overcome the in form home side.
Goals to Clifford, Reec and a Clowes spot kick for the Rangers proved to much for the Mariners Academy.
The Rangers win all but seals them a spot in the top six and unfortunately put an ened to the hopes of the Mariners Academy appearing in the finals series.
The Central Coast Mariners Academy play their final match of the PS4 NPL 2 season next Sunday against the Northern Tigers at Valentin Sports Park.
