Central Coast Mariners Head Coach Phil Moss has named an initial 17-player squad for Monday-s blockbuster clash with Western Sydney Wanderers at Pirtek Stadium in Parramatta.

Defender Zac Anderson has been recalled to the first team squad after a five game absence while creative midfielder Michael McGlinchey, who missed Thursday-s 1-0 win over Wellington Phoenix at North Sydney Oval, is also in line to play.

A strong crowd is anticipated for the second Wanderers Mariners duel of the season, after 17,134 fans witnessed the two teams play out an entertaining 1-1 draw in round 1 of the campaign at Gosford-s Bluetongue Stadium in October.
