Academy Coaching Opportunities

Nick Montgomery has named his squad for the new season
The Central Coast Mariners are currently looking for new accredited coaches to join our program.

The Central Coast Mariners are seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the role of U/15 Boys Head Coach in the Central Coast Mariners Academy.

Applicants must hold a minimum coaching accreditation of a B-Licence Certificate to be considered, and the successful applicant must be the holder of a NSW Working with Children certification.

The role requires attendance at training sessions on weekdays as well as matches on weekends.

Required Commitment:

  • Coaches will be required to attend Coaching and Development sessions as directed by the Academy Technical Director, Nick Montgomery
  • Coaches will work within the guidelines set down by the Central Coast Mariners Academy
  • Coaches will be required to liaise with the Academy Technical Director on matters concerning all technical matters, including but not limited to team-training format and games
  • Coaches will be required to work with Academy Technical Director to present a team training plan
